Dedicated Standby
A single ambulance, staffed by a minimum of two
EMS attendants, will be assigned to the event and will remain dedicated to the
event. This level requires the staff and equipment to remain onsite of the
event until the end, without interruption.
$450 for first 3 hours + $100/additional hour

Non-Dedicated Standby
A single ambulance, staffed by a minimum two EMS personnel, will be assigned to the event, BUT will remain available for other EMS calls in the area.
$0 (Availability dependent on call volume)
Single Provider
One dedicated EMS professional on-site, equipped and prepared to provide medical support whenever necessary.
No transport vehicle/ambulance is assigned to this unit.
$250 for first 3 hours + 75/additional hour

Rescue 33
Rescue 33 is a UTV outfitted with a stretcher and medical equipment, designed for quick access in challenging environments. For large outdoor gatherings, Rescue 33 can be assigned to your event with two dedicated EMS providers.
No transport vehicle/ambulance is assigned to this unit.
$350 for first 3 hours + $100/additional hour

Event Standby Policy Definitions
In order to best accommodate your request, please submit the requested information 2-4 weeks prior to the date of your event.
Non-Dedicated EMS Standby:
·This level does not require the staff or equipment to remain onsite of the event. Event coverage will be interrupted in the event of an offsite ambulance need that cannot be maintained by other scheduled crews.
·A single ambulance, staffed by a minimum two EMS personnel, will be assigned to the event, BUT will remain available for other EMS calls in the area.
Dedicated EMS Standby:
·A single ambulance, staffed by a minimum of two EMS attendants, will be assigned to the event and will remain dedicated to the event. This level requires the staff and equipment to remain onsite of the event until the end, without interruption.
·In addition, even if an organization requests and agrees to the conditions of Dedicated Standby Services, certain extreme, catastrophic, or immediate life-threatening emergencies may still require WCEMS to utilize the ambulance assigned to the Dedicated Standby. If this occurs during a scheduled Dedicated Standby (with this AGREEMENT in place), and a lapse of onsite EMS coverage occurs, another ambulance/crew will be immediately routed to the event as soon as possible.

The EMS Chief reserves the right to alter or make specific accommodations to event coverage, and/or fees dependent upon request.
